Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your electronics.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, antennas, batteries, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to 49er Communications
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated processing center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the equipment for functionality and condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
